Jack was born in September 2018, weighing only one pound, six ounces, and spent the first 18 months of his life moving between three different hospitals.
He currently has a G-tube and a trach tube in place.
As Jack’s mom shared with us, since starting Compleat® Pediatric formula in 2020, he has been doing so well and meeting his milestones.
